Sweaxy Athletics No-Return Policy

Every drop is final. Due nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your, product selection, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damages or Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at goonwearhelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • No returns or exchanges on any products, including sale items and gift cards.

  • No changes to orders once they’ve been placed due to the limited and time-sensitive nature of our releases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, customers retain the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, per consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Email goonwearhelp@gmail.com to initiate this process.
